1973-1982 Electronic Upgrade Kit for Mercedes Climate Control Servo

Ships in 3-5 business days.

Using modern printed circuit boards and microcontrollers, we have created a long-term solution for the problem-riddled Mercedes automatic servo and servo amplifier. This replacement kit is less expensive than replacing the poorly-designed stock servo and amplifier, or any other electronic upgrade kit on the market.

Our #1 priority with this product was to maintain the OEM function and looks inside the car, while drastically increasing both longevity and reliability. We accomplished this goal with an easy-to-install kit that leaves every other component in place except for the widely-criticized servo and servo amplifier. There are no significant 'modifications' needed to install this unit, and no wire-splicing or other major electrical work required. Our kit allows you to keep the entire stock look and feel of your previous system. No changes are made to the interior of your automobile. You simply need to install a few wires across the amplifier connector, plug in the main unit in place of the failing servo, and switch some hoses from the failing-servo to our replacement valve.

We only use the highest quality parts. These parts include medical-grade electric servos to control the vacuum for the cabin vents and the heater valve. Additionally, we use name-brand microcontrollers and relays. Our replacement kit is truly engineered to stand the test of time.

Our Mercedes climate control Servo electronic upgrade kit was designed in Stuttgart, Germany and is manufactured in the USA.

Our system will not function properly if your car has major vacuum leaks. If there are cracked diaphragms or leaking lines, just like the original system, our unit will appear defective. With typical minor vacuum leaks, the system should function. Please contact us if you are uncertain of your car's vacuum system, and we will be happy to discuss it with you!

Our electronic upgrade kit is compatible with any Mercedes that has the 'automatic' climate control servo. Please see common compatibility below:
